The Pin Studio
Pinterest management studio

Pinterest doesn’t have to be one more thing on your list.

We take care of all of it — the boards, the pins, the words that help the right people find you. You get your time back, and a channel that keeps working while you’re busy with everything else.

(01)How it works

Pinterest is somewhere people search, not somewhere they scroll.

That one difference changes everything about how it should be used. Here is what happens when it is set up properly.

01

Someone searches

A person types “small kitchen ideas” into Pinterest. She is looking, not scrolling.

02

Your pin comes up

Because we wrote it around the words she used, and put it on a board about exactly that.

03

She saves it

Onto her own board, to come back to. Every save shows Pinterest the pin was worth showing.

04

She clicks through

To your website or shop, ready to buy — not just to like a photo.

And then It keeps happening. That same pin can still be bringing people in a year from now — an Instagram post is gone by tomorrow.
Why it is worth your time
640M
people use Pinterest every month

Still growing — up 11% on the same time last year.

96%
of top searches are unbranded

They have not settled on a brand yet. That is the opening for yours.

80%
of weekly users feel inspired to shop there

They arrive in the mood to buy something, not to scroll past it.

Your side of it

You send us the account. We do the same four things, every month.

No meetings to sit through, nothing to approve line by line unless you want to.

01

We look

At what got saved and clicked last month, and what people searched to get there.

02

We plan

What goes out this month, the words behind it, and anything seasonal coming up.

03

We make

30 or 60 fresh pins, designed to look like you, published a couple a day.

04

We tell you

One short note. What worked, what we are changing, nothing you need a dictionary for.

(02)Ways to work together

Set it up once, or hand the whole thing over.

The Launch is a one-off — you pay once and it is done. The two monthly plans start with three months, which is about how long Pinterest takes to show what it is doing, and run month to month after that.

01 · The Launch PlanOne-time · no monthly commitment
from $450 once

Your Pinterest account, set up properly once — so you are not guessing what to post or where it goes.

For brands whose account is inactive, disorganised or never properly set up, and who would rather run it themselves from there.

Start a Launch
  • — Account audit and full business setup, including site verification and rich pins
  • — Keyword research — 30–50 keywords for your niche, mapped to what people actually mean when they search
  • — 8–12 boards created, titled and described so search can find them
  • — Profile written to be found, not just to look good — name, bio and cover
  • — 10–15 branded pin templates in Canva, ready for you to duplicate
  • — A bank of 20–30 written pin descriptions, keyworded and ready to publish
  • — A one-page playbook: what to post, how often, and what to watch
Delivered in 7–10 business days By email and shared documents — no calls, ever Paid in full upfront, then a short intake form, then delivery One round of questions in the 14 days after handover

Not included: ongoing pin creation, scheduling, ads management or monthly reporting. The Launch is a one-off setup and then it is yours.

02 · The Organic Plan
from $600/mo
Three months to start, then month to month

(03)How we work

The first three months, so you know what you are saying yes to.

01Week one

We read everything first

Your account, your website, and what people in your category are actually searching for. Nothing gets changed until we have looked.

02Weeks two and three

We put it in order

Boards rebuilt around real searches, the keyword map written down, pin templates designed and sent to you to approve.

03Every month after

Pins go out, steadily

A couple a day against a calendar, with seasonal moments planned six to eight weeks ahead so nothing is rushed.

04From month three

It starts compounding

We keep what is being found, quietly drop what is not, and put ads behind the winners if that is your plan.

(04)Questions, answered

Things people ask first.

How long before I see anything?

Saves and impressions usually start moving in four to six weeks. Real traffic and sales take three to four months. That is why the plans start with three months — not to tie you in, but because judging Pinterest at week six tells you nothing. Anyone promising faster is either buying ads or making it up.

Do I need new photos?

+

Not to start. We work with the product shots and photographs you already have, and design the pin templates around them. If a gap is genuinely costing you reach we will tell you, but we will not send you off on a shoot before we have tried.

Do I need a big following?

+

No. Pinterest shows pins based on what people search for and what they are interested in, not on how many followers you have. A brand new account can rank.

Who owns the account and the pins?

+

You do, always. We work inside your own business account, and every template, pin file and keyword document is yours to keep if we ever stop working together.

Is Pinterest right for what I sell?

+

It works when the decision is a visual or aspirational one — home, food, fashion, beauty, weddings, wellness, courses, digital products. If your category has little search demand there, it is better you know now. Ask us before you buy anything and we will tell you straight, even when the answer is no.

Who pays for the ads?

+

You do, directly to Pinterest. We build and run the campaigns, but the budget never passes through us — it stays in your name and you see every cent. Most brands start somewhere between $500 and $1,000 a month.

Rather just talk to us?

Tell us what you are trying to sort out and we will write back properly — not with a template.

Or email hello@thepinstudio.co if that is easier.
